I'm an animator who graduated from the Centre for Arts and Technology in September 2018 from their 3D animation and VFX program.

My first experience with animation software was in high school using Light Wave and Macromedia Flash. Eventually the school upgraded to 3DS Max, which only made me love animation more.

After two years in the UBCO Fine Arts program I moved onto CATO in pursuit of a more specialized education. Although we were introduced to a variety of areas within the field of 3D and VFX I still found myself drawn to animation.

After graduation I was contacted by CATO again with the amazing opportunity to take a Toon Boom Harmony boot camp with Logan McMillan. I had previous experience in Adobe Flash, which gave me doubts, but I took to Harmony quickly. After working in Harmony for a couple of weeks it was recommended to me that I take an animation test for Pete t
he Cat at Yeti Farm. I ended up being brought on for DNAce instead. My first scene that I animated had one of the most detailed rigs there was on the show. This project was quite the learning curve and by the end of it I could look back and see the growth in my animation from my first day to my last.

In May 2021 I was contacted again by Yeti Farm for Sweet Tweets. I joined the team of this adorable show after not touching Harmony for a year and a half. I had some reacquainting to do. My time on Sweet Tweets was spent working from home but thanks to the amazing team the whole project went by smoothly. I am proud of the work that I did for this show.

Summer Memories is the most challenging show I have worked on to date. I worked with detailed rigs and more complex compositions. This show required frequent and accurate use of foreshortening and perspective with a high quality of acting and animation.
